If you want to target a country that we do not list as an option, you will first need to open a ticket to find out the volume for that country. At this point, the tech will give you a number. The number will usually be on the lower end, this being the reason it is not in our list.
If the number is acceptable, then you will want to create the order using the Customer Geotarget option. Once the order is in place, you can then reply to your support ticket with the ad id. Even if the order is approved before the change is made, it will not receive traffic as it is in a suspended state. Once the change is made, the traffic will begin coming in.
